TAI CHI TOFU SOUP 太极豆腐汤 

 

 

Ingredients 
1 egg

10g ginger

3 clove of garlic

200g Tofu(Regular)

150g Pak Choi

350ml  water

1 Tbsp oil

2 Tbsp cornflour with 50ml water mix well (2X)

1tsp salt (2X)

1tsp pepper (2X)

1tsp sesame oil (2X)

350ml vegetable broth
